•  Service Tax as applicable will be charged extra

•  New Rural Unlimited USO Plans as mentioned at S. No. 3 above are offered on promotional basis for a period of 90 days

•  No charges towards installation, registration, security deposit are levied for BB connections provided under these USO tariff plan

•  Free ADSL Type I modem will be provided for BB connections under USOF tariff plans as this is being subsidized by USOF.

•  A rebate of Rs. 4500/- in down payment towards purchase of computer will be given to the vendor as this is being subsidized by USOF. However EMI component will be included in every monthly bill and the same will be paid to the vendor by BSNL.

•  The subsidized rates will be applicable to a maximum of 31 BB connections in each rural exchange DSLAM.

•  At least one Kiosk (Public Access Service) will be provided for every rural exchange DSLAM in the SDCA. Such Kiosk will have the capability to support broadband applications such as Internet browsing, video chat, video conferencing, tele-medicine and tele-education etc.

•  Enhancement of broadband bandwidth dynamically for any of the user is possible on demand up to 2 Mbps for a specified duration subject to technical feasibility.

•  Priority will be given for Government Institutes for provision of subsidized broadband connections.

•  Complaints can be booked on call center number 1504. For any billing enquiries/complaints, the subscriber may contact the concerned SSA Accounts Officer as noted in the bill/SSA telephone directory.
