9.1 lakhs Land Lines, 2.96 lakhs Broadband connections, 72 lakhs Mobile connections and 21200 Leased Lines are working in the State.  Apart from this, 53715 High Speed Broadband connections on FTTH (Fiber to the Home) are working in the State.  BSNL Karnataka Circle has commissioned Wi-Fi services at 711 locations with 1802 access points to provide 4G quality services. The said services are extended with a net work of 2958 exchanges, 5743 nos. of 2G towers, 3370 nos. of 3G towers. Arobust and reliable data net work has been formed with advanced featured switches, Broadband Network Gateways (BNG) and high end Provider Edge(PE) routers.
